MỘT SỐ NỘI DUNG MỚI TRONG DỰ THẢO TIÊU CHUẨN BẢO TRÌ CÔNG TRÌNH CẢNG Ở VIỆT NAM

 Abstract - Our country has 34 ports, 272 berths ( refer to report from Vinamarine) with a length of over 40 km along the coast and estuaries from the North to the South. Apart from nearly 20% of the ports built before 2000, the rest had been newly built since 2000. After a period of operation, many ports have shown signs of degradation, giving a problem that requires an effective and reasonable maintenance program. Along with the development and innovation in maintenance such as life cycle management, comprehensive evaluation methods as well as advanced maintenance with 4.0 technology, it leads to an essential development of a new standard, that is more appropriate in Vietnam. Being permitted from the Ministry of Transport, the Institute of Transport Science and Technology is currently cooperating with the Japan side to make a draft TCVN standard for the maintenance of seaport facilities. In the scope of this paper, we introduce new contents when upgrading from the issued basic standard.
